Brownie: 1 cup/250g/8.4 oz Greek yogurt 1/4 cup/60ml Coconut oil softened 1/4 cup/60g/2 oz Apple Sauce 2 each Eggs 1/2 cup/90g/3 oz Natvia 3-4 each Bananas mashed 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup/150g/5.2 oz white wheat flour 1 tsp Baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp salt Frosting: 1/4 cup/60g/2 oz Cream cheese 1/4 cup/60g/2 oz Greek yogurt 1/4 cup/60g/2 oz Natural Peanut Butter 1 1/2 tbsp/30ml Coconut oil 2 tbsp/14g/0.5 oz Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup/45g/1.5 oz Natvia 1/4 cup/80g/ 3oz Honey 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper
  3. In electric mixer mix first 4 ingredients for 1 minute.
  4. Add in Natvia and mix for an additional minute.
  5. Add mashed bananas and vanilla, mix for 1 minute.
  6. In separate bowl add dry ingredients and then add to mixer.
  7. Pour in to prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Mix Cream cheese, Greek Yogurt and Peanut Butter until smooth.
  10. Add in remaining ingredients and mix until forms a frosting texture.
