Ingredients
- Brownie:
- 1 cup/250g/8.4 oz Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup/60ml Coconut oil softened
- 1/4 cup/60g/2 oz Apple Sauce
- 2 each Eggs
- 1/2 cup/90g/3 oz Natvia
- 3-4 each Bananas mashed
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup/150g/5.2 oz white wheat flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- Frosting:
- 1/4 cup/60g/2 oz Cream cheese
- 1/4 cup/60g/2 oz Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup/60g/2 oz Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp/30ml Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp/14g/0.5 oz Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup/45g/1.5 oz Natvia
- 1/4 cup/80g/ 3oz Honey
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions
Brownie:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper
- In electric mixer mix first 4 ingredients for 1 minute.
- Add in Natvia and mix for an additional minute.
- Add mashed bananas and vanilla, mix for 1 minute.
- In separate bowl add dry ingredients and then add to mixer.
- Pour in to prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Frosting:
- Mix Cream cheese, Greek Yogurt and Peanut Butter until smooth.
- Add in remaining ingredients and mix until forms a frosting texture.
