MINI APPLE & PEANUT CRUMBLE POTS

Prep: 30 minutes
For the apples -
2 large apples, peeled and sliced
3 tablespoon Natvia natural sweetener
Juice of 1 lemon
For the crumble topping -
100 g rolled oats
50 g peanuts
2 tablespoon solid coconut oil
1 tablespoon peanut butter
6 tablespoon Natvia natural sweetener
- First place the apples, Natvia and lemon juice in a pan and cook for 10 minutes until softened.
- Meanwhile place the crumble ingredients into a blender and pulse a few times until crumbly and sticks together.
- Divide the apples between two ramekin pots then scatter over a generous layer of the crumble. Now serve and enjoy!
