Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar

Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond meal
- 1 cup natural Peanut Butter
- ½ cups desiccated Coconut
- ½ cup Natvia
- 115g No-Added sugar dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
Method
- Combine the almond meal, desiccated coconut, coconut oil, Natvia and half the peanut butter in a bowl of a food processor and combine until smooth. Spread into a lined and greased loaf tin.
- Melt the chocolate and combine with the peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Smooth over the top of the base. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours until set. Slice into bars
