Peanut Butter Ice-Pops

Serves: 4

Prep: 5 minutes

Freeze: 4 hours

Ingredients

280 g Greek yogurt (1 cup)

140 g peanut butter (1/2 cup)

60 g almond milk (1/2 cup)

2 tablespoon Natvia

0.5 teaspoon vanilla

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender / mixer for 1 minute until well combined.
  2. Pour into ice-pop holders and pop in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours.
  3. Store in the freezer for up to 1 month.
