
STRAWBERRIES & CREAM TIRAMISSU POTS
Intro
🏓Strawberries & Cream Tiramissu Pots🍓🍶
Easy summer dessert made with a few ingredients and Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotic for an extra benefits and less sugar.
Ingredients
For the Strawberry Syrup:
- Fresh strawberries
- Lemon juice
- Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotic
For the Whipped Cream:
- Whipping cream
- Vanilla extract
- Natvia Sweetener Stevia Synbiotic
For Assembly:
- Store-bought sponge fingers (or make your own)
- Pistachios or meringue crumbs (optional)
Equipment:
- Glass pots or jars
- Small saucepan
Method
- Whipped cream with a dash of vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon. Don't over mix, make it slightly runny and light
- For the strawberry layers I cooked fresh berries with lemon juice and 1tsp Natvia Stevia Sweetener Synbiotic until the berries are softened and syrup is bubbling.
- Let it cool before layering.
- Finally, add some biscuits to the bottom of the glass, followed by strawberry syrup, cream and berries.
- Repeat twice.
- Top up with pistachios or meringue crumbs if desire .
