Peaches and Cream Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

For the Pancakes: 1/3 cup/30g/1 oz oat flour 2 tbsp/14g/0.5 oz coconut flour 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 tsp allspice, ground ginger & baking powder 2 tsp Natvia 2 tbsp/40g/1.4 oz Greek yoghurt 1 tbsp/20ml/0.7 oz coconut water 1/4 cup/60ml/2 oz egg whites 1/4 cup/30g/ 1 oz grated zucchini For the Cream Sauce: 2 tbsp/40g/1.4 oz Greek yoghurt 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients, and cook as desired.
  2. Top with chopped up peach and then cream sauce.
  3. Add enough water or coconut water to the ingredients to make a sauce. Enjoy!
