Baked Blueberry Doughnuts

As the weather gets colder, we are looking for more excuses to make delicious desserts that are best served with a hot cup of tea or even better, sugarfree cocoa. Doughnuts are by far on the top of our list, and even tough they may not have a healthy reputation, we like change things up. Here in the Natvia kitchen we make our treats sugarfree so that you can still enjoy sweets in a healthier way. This week we wanted to bring you this delicious recipe for home made doughnuts. This is the perfect family snack for the kids to enjoy, especially to pack in their lunch boxes. Blueberries have many health benefits, including being high in fibre and potassium. They also help against aging and are a great source of nutrients. Blueberries can help with lowering blood pressure, which is a big cause of heart attacks. Overall, this is a great dessert to make.
