Banana and Cinnamon Protein Pancakes

serves 2 small serve or 1 large serves
Ingredients
1 small banana
0.25 cup whey protein powder
0.25 cup lupin flour
4 egg whites
1 tablespoon Natvia
1 teaspoon cinnamon
0.5 teaspoon baking soda
0.5 teaspoon vanilla essence
0 water or kefir if you want to thin out the mixture
2 tablespoon ricotta cheese sweetened with a ½ tsp of natvia( optional)
0 Sliced banana( optional)
0 Almond butter( optional)
0 Desiccated coconut( optional)
Method
- Blend all ingredients
- Let batter sit for about an hour in the fridge (or overnight)
- Spoon mixture into preheated non stick pan
- Cook pancakes and top with a variety of add ons
