Banana and Cinnamon Protein Pancakes

serves 2 small serve or 1 large serves

Ingredients

1 small banana

0.25 cup whey protein powder

0.25 cup lupin flour

4 egg whites

1 tablespoon Natvia

1 teaspoon cinnamon

0.5 teaspoon baking soda

0.5 teaspoon vanilla essence

0 water or kefir if you want to thin out the mixture

2 tablespoon ricotta cheese sweetened with a ½ tsp of natvia( optional)

0 Sliced banana( optional)

0 Almond butter( optional)

0 Desiccated coconut( optional)

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients
  2. Let batter sit for about an hour in the fridge (or overnight)
  3. Spoon mixture into preheated non stick pan
  4. Cook pancakes and top with a variety of add ons
