Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 💪 ¼ cup whey protein powder
  • 🌾 ¼ cup lupin flour
  • 🤍 4 egg whites
  • 🍯 1 tbsp Natvia 100% Natural Sweetener
  • 🤎 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 🚀 ½ tsp baking soda
  • 🍦 ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 💧 water or kefir (optional)

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Let the batter chill in the fridge for about an hour (or overnight) for extra fluffiness.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Spoon the batter into the pan to create pancakes.
  5. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
