Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 💪 ¼ cup whey protein powder
- 🌾 ¼ cup lupin flour
- 🤍 4 egg whites
- 🍯 1 tbsp Natvia 100% Natural Sweetener
- 🤎 1 tsp cinnamon
- 🚀 ½ tsp baking soda
- 🍦 ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 💧 water or kefir (optional)
Optional add-ons:
- 🧀 2 tbsp ricotta cheese sweetened with a ½ tsp of Natvia 100% Natural Sweetener
- 🍌 Sliced banana
- 🥜 Almond butter
- 🥥 Desiccated coconut
Method
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Let the batter chill in the fridge for about an hour (or overnight) for extra fluffiness.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Spoon the batter into the pan to create pancakes.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides.
