Ingredients:

  • 2 small bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ¾ cup Natvia Relax Hot Choc Powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • ¼-⅓ cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1½ cups milk of choice
  • Yogurt to serve (optional)

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan-forced) and lightly grease a small baking dish or glass container.
  2. Mash the bananas in the glass container until smooth, followed by the oats, protein powder, baking powder and Natvia Relax Hot Choc Powder.
  3. Pour in the milk and mix until well combined.
  4. Garnish with chopped nuts and chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is set and the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before topping with yogurt and cutting into portions.
