Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups/150g/5.3 oz almond meal
- 1/2 cup/60g/2 oz semolina flour
- 1 cup/128g/4.2 oz milk powder
- 3/4 cup/135g/4.8 oz Natvia
- 4 tsp loose chai tea
- 5 tbsp/100g/3.5 oz butter, melted
- 3 eggs lightly beaten
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a rectangle cake pan with parchment paper.
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined and pour into cake pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
