Choc Hazelnut filled lava cake


  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder 
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour  
  • 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder   
  • 2g Natvia sweetener  
  • Almond milk to mix, add 3 tbsp then more as needed   

 Fill with:   

  • 1 heaped tbsp @natvialiving 98% sugar free hazelnut spread 🤤   

Topped with:   

  • 20g light whipped cream & sugar free chocolate topping (optional) 



1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for your cake. Mix to form a brownie batter 

2. Transfer half of the mixture into a greased ramekin and flatten our evenly with a spoon. Add your tablespoon of hazelnut spread to the centre, then cover with remaining batter. 

3. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 mins or until cooked through. Add toppings and enjoy warm!
