Ingredients

1 Egg

1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

60 g Milk (1/4 Cup)

2 tablespoon Cacao

2 tablespoon Natvia

1 tablespoon Hazelnut spread

40 g GF Self-Raising Flour

Method

  1. In a microwave safe mug or ramekin, whisk together the liquid ingredients
  2. Stir in the dry ingredients until combined
  3. Microwave for 1.20 minutes
  4. Spread hazelnut spread on top and enjoy!
