Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp Natvia Natural Sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 slices brioche or white sandwich bread
  • 1 tbsp butter (or vegan butter/coconut oil for dairy-free)

Toppings

  • Fruit of your choice
  • 1 tbsp Natvia Hazelnut Spread

Methods:

  1. Whisk together whisk together the eggs, milk, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a non stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Dunk a piece of bread quickly into the egg mixture, coating both sides. Place in pan. Repeat with more slices to fill the pan.
  4. Cook for 2 ½ – 3 minutes on each side until the surface is golden, then transfer to serving plates.
  5. Add more butter into the pan and cook remaining bread.
  6. Serve with Natvia Hazelnut Spread and some fruit of your choice.
