
HEALTHY PANCAKE DELIGHTS
Intro
Start your day on a wholesome note with our Healthy Pancake recipe – a delicious twist on a classic breakfast favorite that nourishes your body and delights your taste buds.
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup oat milk
- 1 Cup rolled oat
- 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp ginger ground
- 1/2 Tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 Tsp baking powder
Toppings
- Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- Natvia Raspberry Fruit Spread with chia seeds
- Coconut yogurt
- Nuts 🌰
Method
1- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until everything is combined.
2- Pour the mix into a squeeze bottle.
3- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat
4- Spray the pan with coconut oil and cook the mini pancakes for around 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface. Turn and cook for 1 more minute.
5- Transfer to a plate and serve with Natvia Maple Syrup & Natvia Raspberry Fruit Spread
