Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, rinsed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 30g choc caramel protein
  • 30g dutch cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup Natvia 100% Brown Sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • pinch of salt
  • 25g milk chocolate

Method

  1. Blend together the black beans, egg, vanilla, and almond milk till smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients (except chocolate)
  3. Pout batter into a small lined baking dish and sprinkle chocolate on top.
  4. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, then let cool completely in the fridge.
