Hibiscus Iced Tea

Makes: 1.5 liters

Chill: 4 hours

Ingredients

3 g hibiscus tea bags

4 tablespoon Natvia

230 g boiling water (1 cup)

1150 g cold water (5 cups)

250 g coconut milk (optional) (1 cup)

Fresh berries to serve

Method

  1. In a jug, place tea bags and Natvia. Pour over one cup of boiling water and stir until Natvia has completely dissolved.
  2. Add five cups of cold water and stir. Place into the fridge for at least four hours or overnight until chilled completely.
  3. Serve over ice with fresh berries. Add in a splash of coconut milk to create hibiscus milk tea.
