Ingredients:

For the cookies:

  • 70g oats
  • 30g gluten-free flour
  • 4 tbsp Natural Gut Activation Sweetener/ Natvia Synbiotic Sweetener
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 2 tbsp smooth nut butter
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 60g raisins or sultanas

For the cross icing:

  1. 3 tbsp zero icing sugar
  2. Dash of milk of choice

Method:

  1. Blend the oats, flour, Natvia Sweetener, cinnamon, baking powder, bananas, nut butter and yogurt until thick and combined but not smooth. Stir in the raisins.
  2. On a lined baking sheet, add thick spoonfuls (should make about 8-10) and bake at 180C for 15 minutes until golden. Leave to cool then pop onto a wire rack.
  3. Mix together the icing sugar and milk to make a thick paste just runny enough to drizzle. Create a cross on top of each one and allow to set before serving.
