Matcha Cookies

These matcha cookies are a delightful blend of earthy matcha flavor and sweetness, naturally sweetened with Natvia for a guilt-free treat! 🍵🍪

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour 🌾
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder 🍵
  • 1/4 cup Natvia 100% Natural Sweetener 🍃
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted) 🥥
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 🌿
  • A pinch of salt 🧂

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, matcha powder, Natvia Sweetener, and salt.
  3. Stir in the melted coconut oil and vanilla extract until the dough comes together.
  4. Scoop small portions of dough onto the baking tray and flatten them slightly.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
