
Matcha Cookies
Intro
These matcha cookies are a delightful blend of earthy matcha flavor and sweetness, naturally sweetened with Natvia for a guilt-free treat! 🍵🍪
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour 🌾
- 2 tbsp matcha powder 🍵
- 1/4 cup Natvia 100% Natural Sweetener 🍃
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted) 🥥
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 🌿
- A pinch of salt 🧂
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, matcha powder, Natvia Sweetener, and salt.
- Stir in the melted coconut oil and vanilla extract until the dough comes together.
- Scoop small portions of dough onto the baking tray and flatten them slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
