Overnight Oats In a Container

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup/45g/1.5 oz Oats
  • 1/2 tsp Natvia
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tsp psyllium powder
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup/120ml/4.2 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2-1 cup/120-250ml/4.2-8.4 oz Water
Tips: You can use 1 cup of water, but this will vary depending on your protein powder and if you use all the chia and psyllium etc, which swell up.  

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a container, put the lid on. Give it a good shake and put in the fridge overnight.
  2. Add fresh of frozen fruit and a tsp of crushed nuts or nut butter in the morning.
