Overnight Oats In a Container

- 1/2 cup/45g/1.5 oz Oats
- 1/2 tsp Natvia
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 2 tsp psyllium powder
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup/120ml/4.2 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2-1 cup/120-250ml/4.2-8.4 oz Water
- Place all ingredients into a container, put the lid on. Give it a good shake and put in the fridge overnight.
- Add fresh of frozen fruit and a tsp of crushed nuts or nut butter in the morning.
