
Peanut Butter Caramel Choc Cups

Ingredients
For the oat cups
- 120g oats
- 1 banana, mashed
- 2 tablespoons Natvia Synbiotic natural sweetener
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons oat milk
For the peanut butter and chocolate filling
- 3 teaspoons smooth peanut butter
- 1 x pot chocolate protein pudding
- Mixed chopped nuts, to sprinkle over
Method
- Mix together the oats, banana, Natvia, nut butter and milk and mix together to combine. Divide between a 6-hole muffin tin - press up the sides and on the bottom. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes until golden then leave to cool.
- Once cooled, spoon ½ teaspoon of peanut butter on top of each base. Then divide a chocolate protein pudding on top to reach the top.
- Sprinkle over some nuts on top and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours then enjoy!
