Pistachio Cold Foam Cold Brew

The Pistachio Cold Foam Cold Brew is the kind of drink you make when your usual coffee just is not doing it anymore. The cold brew is smooth and bold underneath, and the pistachio foam on top is thick, nutty and just sweet enough with Natvia Natural Sweetener. It is rich without being heavy, and that first sip where the foam folds into the coffee is genuinely good. The crushed pistachios on top are not optional.

Ingredients:

  1. 240 ml (1 cup) cold brew coffee
  2. 45 ml (3 tbsp) heavy cream
  3. 30 ml (2 tbsp) milk
  4. 15 g (1 tbsp) pistachio spread
  5. 1 tsp Natvia Natural Sweetener, or to taste
  6. Ice, to serve
  7. Optional: 8 g (1 tbsp) crushed pistachios, to garnish

Methods:

  1. Fill a glass with ice and pour the cold brew over the top.
  2. Add heavy cream, milk, pistachio spread and Natvia Natural Sweetener to a small bowl or frothing jug.
  3. Froth using an electric frother for about 60 seconds until thick and foam-like.
  4. Spoon or pour the cold foam over the cold brew.
  5. Top with crushed pistachios if using and serve immediately.
