
Sea Salt Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 125g dark chocolate ( melted )
- 150g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 30g sifted cocoa
- 70g Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g
- Dash of vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt @maldonsalt ( extra for topping )
- 1 egg
- 125g unsalted butter
Method
- Preheat the oven to 170C.
- Place the flour, cocoa, bicarbonate of soda and salt into a large bowl and mix well.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g until light and fluffy. Add the melted chocolate and stir well.
- Beat in the vanilla extract and crack in the egg, then mix in the dry ingredients.
- Scoop 10-12 balls and place onto a lined baking sheet about 6cm apart.
- bake for 18 minutes or until the cookies are ready
- Leave the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 4-5 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack .
- Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy
