S'mores Slices

Could we have s'mores please? Sorry, we couldn't help ourselves! S'mores - they're a classic and everyone does them a little differently. Some sandwich marshmallows between two crackers over a campfire and others can get very creative. In this incarnation, we're removing all the refined sugar while leaving all of the deliciousness. In an easy to eat slice, we're updating this traditional, campfire treat with a beautiful almond meal crust. With a deliciously sweet and refined-sugar-free dark chocolate topping, the combination of these two flavours is brought together with the toasted sugar-free marshmallows. If you're not already preparing the ingredients, you're already running behind. Get yourself a grill, a couple bowls, some easy to find ingredients and most importantly someone to impress. Everyone loves a s'mores prodigy, that's just the way it is.   • 1 1/2 Cup Almond Meal
  • 1/3 Cup Natvia
  • 75g Melted Butter
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 240g Milk + dark chocolate sugar-free chocolate
  • Sugar-free marshmallows


  1. Combine base ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Flatten mixture in a cake tin and press until even across the surface. Place in fridge to set.
  3. Chop and place chocolate in a ceramic bowl and place over a simmering saucepan of water to melt.
  4. Pour chocolate mixture onto base and scatter marshmallows over. Allow to cool.
  5. Place mixture under a grill on high until marshmallows are toasted.
  6. Allow chocolate to set in fridge for 2 - 4 hours.
  7. Enjoy :) Store in an airtight container to keep fresh throughout the week!
