Sugar Free Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread of choice, cubed
  • 1/4 cup/60g/2 oz butter, melted
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 & 1/2 cup/375ml/12.5 oz milk of choice
  • 1/3 cup/60g/2 oz Natvia
Serves 6

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C and grease a rectangle baking dish.
  2. Toss the cubed bread with the melted butter and place into baking dish.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, and Natvia and pour over bread. Allow to soak for 15-20 minutes occasionally pushing the bread pieces down.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown on top and completely set.
