  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Natvia Synbiotic Sweetener
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or almond flour for a gluten-free option)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans), optional


  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, Natvia Synbiotic Sweetener, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Add baking soda, salt, and flour to the wet mixture. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
