Ube Matcha Latte

By now you have probably seen the Ube Matcha Latte everywhere, and it is just as good as it looks. Creamy, naturally sweetened and layered most beautifully, it takes about ten minutes to pull together at home. No cafe trip required.

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 teaspoons ube extract
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 150ml milk of choice
  • Ice
  • 1-2 teaspoons Natvia Natural Sweetener

Method:

  1. In a glass, add your milk of choice and ube extract. Mix well.
  2. Sift matcha into a matcha bowl (chawan) and heat water to approximately 80 degrees.
  3. Using a bamboo whisk or a hand frother, mix hot water, matcha and Natvia Natural Sweetener until frothy.
  4. Gently pour matcha on top of your ube milk.
  5. Mix your latte before drinking and enjoy!
