The light and refreshing watermelon mint fizz is an easy, gut-friendly way to cool down this summer, perfect for a midday pick-me-up or a relaxed family brunch.

Ingredients

  • Fresh watermelon, cut into cubes
  • 2–3 tsp Natvia Gut Activation Sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Soda water
  • Ice

Recipe Method

  1. Add the watermelon cubes and Natvia Gut Activation Sweetener to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove pulp, collecting the juice.
  4. Add fresh mint leaves and ice to serving glasses.
  5. Pour over the strained watermelon juice.
  6. Top with soda water and gently stir.
  7. Serve immediately, cold and refreshing.
