Ingredients
- 3 large lemons
- 300ml heavy cream
- 65g Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g
- Lemon Zest
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Method
- Slice the lemons in half and use a citrus juicer to extract all the juice, making sure the lemon shells are empty.
- In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g , and the strained lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into a pot and cook over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and roughly doubles in volume.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- Spoon the mixture back into the empty lemon halves.
- Place the filled lemon halves in the freezer for 3 hours or overnight.
- Once set, the dessert is ready to eat. Keep refrigerated until serving.
