Almond Butter Blondies

62 g Unsalted Butter (1/4 Cup), Softened
187 g Smooth Almond Butter (3/4 Cup)
95 g Natvia (1/2 Cup)
1 tablespoon Vanilla
100 g Gluten Free Self Raising Flour (3/4 Cup)
0.25 teaspoon Salt
120 g Sugar Free White Choc Chips (3/4 Cup)
- Preheat oven to 180C. Line an 8-inch-square baking with baking paper.
- Beat butter and almond butter in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer until creamy. Beat in eggs, Natvia and vanilla. Add flour and salt into the bowl and stir to combine
- Stir in chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out with just a few moist crumbs on it. Let it cool in the pan for 45 minutes.
- Cut into squares, enjoy!
