Ingredients
Filling:
- 4 medium apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- 2 tbsp Natvia Natural Sweetener
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Crumble topping:
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp Natvia Natural Sweetener
- 3 tbsp coconut oil (or butter), melted
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a square baking tin (20x20cm) with baking paper.
- In a bowl, combine chopped apples with Natvia, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Spread evenly in the prepared tin.
- In another bowl, mix oats, almond flour, Natvia, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted coconut oil until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the apples.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until the topping is golden and apples are soft.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into 12 squares. Enjoy warm or at room temperature
