Milk
Apples

Greek yogurt
Custard powder

Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl, combine the oats, sweetener, flour, cinnamon, flaxseed, milk, apples, and vanilla extract. Mix well until everything is combined.
Spoon half of the oat mixture into a deep ovenproof dish.
In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, custard powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Spoon the custard mixture over the oat mixture in the ovenproof dish.
Top with the remaining oat mixture and press down gently.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the baked oats are golden brown.
