Baked Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients
3 apples, diced
2 tablespoon raw almonds, chopped
2 tablespoon coconut oil
210 g rolled oats (2 cups)
2 tablespoon Natvia
3 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
550 g almond milk (2 ¼ cups)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Lightly Grease a baking dish coconut oil. Scatter over the apple and almonds, cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake for a further 10 minutes.
- Mean while mix together the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Remove the softened apple and almonds from the oven. Pour over the oats mixture and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes, covered. Remove the cover and bake for a further 10-15 minutes
