Berry Coconut Bliss Balls

Ingredients

Ingredients 250 g berries 2 cups rolled oats 1 cup shredded coconut 2 tsp Natvia Natural Sweetener 5 large medjool dates Desiccated coconut for rolling

Method

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients excluding the desiccated coconut. Blitz until a crumbly dough forms.
  2. Roll dough into 16 bite-sized balls and roll into desiccated coconut.
  3. Place in the freezer for 30-60 minutes to harden before serving. Store covered in the fridge for up to five days.
