BERRY CUSTARD COBBLER

Cook/Chill: 25-30 minutes bake
200g frozen berries
2 tablespoons cornflour
3 tablespoons Natvia natural sweetener
6 tablespoons custard of choice
150g gluten-free flour
90g Natvia natural sweetener
1 teaspoon baking powder
250ml milk of choice
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mix together the berries, cornflour and sweetener in the bottom of a deep oven proof dish.
- Spoon the custard over in dollops and roughly over all of the berries.
- Mix together the flour, Natvia, baking powder in a bowl then pour in the milk, coconut oil and vanilla and mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture over the top to cover most, then sprinkle almonds over. Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes until golden, then enjoy hot or cold.
