Ingredients
- 1 cup/125g/4.2 oz sliced fresh peaches
- 1 cup/125g/4.2 oz blackberries
- 1/3 cup/60g/2 oz Natvia
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup/250ml/8.4 oz milk of choice
- 1/2 cup/75g/2.6 oz all purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 175°C and grease or spray a baking dish.
- Place sliced peaches and blackberries into baking dish.
- Whisk together Natvia, eggs, milk, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Slowly whisk in flour and baking powder.
- Pour mixture over fruit.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30-45 minutes, until golden brown and just set.
- Dust with Natvia Icing Mix if desired and serve with ice-cream or whipped cream.
