Ingredients
- 1/2 cup/125g/4.2 oz butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup/90g/3 oz Natvia
- 1/3 cup/80g/2.9 oz natural peanut butter (make sure to check it's sugar free)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cup/200g/7 oz plain flour
- 1 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup/25g/0.8 oz cocoa powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter until light and fluffy.
- Add Natvia and mix until combined.
- Add peanut butter and mix just until combined.
- Add vanilla extract, baking powder, flour, and cocoa powder and mix until combined.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized balls and press down lightly onto sheet pans.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until baked through.
