Blueberry & Raspberry Pancake Stack

Surprise just about everyone with this super delicious and super colourful Blueberry and Raspberry Pancake Stack! Taking your favourite pancake batter, this recipe adds a couple of fruity additions not just giving these pancakes their vibrant colour but they're berry delicious flavour too! What great about this recipes is that you can add-on this recipe to your favourite pancake dish. 1 cup blueberries

1 sachet of Natvia sweetener

1 Dollop of Vanilla Bean Yogurt, or yogurt of your choice (optional)

0 Your favourite pancake batter, or try two of our favourites, our Simple Protein Pancakes or our Banana, Apple, and Chia Pancakes!


  1. Place blueberries in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Microwave blueberries for 90 seconds until nice and soft.
  3. Next, add the sweetener, then grab a fork and crush the berries into a pulp.
  4. Mix half of blueberry pulp into a standard pancake batter (which makes them turn blue/purple), and save the rest of the pulp to drizzle over the pancake stack.
  5. Add 1 dollop of vanilla bean yogurt on top (optional)
