Breakfast Baked Oats
1 Ripe mashed banana
0.5 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon Natvia
0.5 cup quick Oats
0 Dash of almond milk
0.5 cup blueberries (or substitute with other berries or dried fruits)
- Preheat oven to 170 deg.
- Mix all ingredients (except blueberries) together and spray/line baking tin to prevent sticking.
- Layer 1/2 blueberries or fruit into base of tins and then add mixture pressing down slightly.
- Top with remaining fruit. Bake until top is firm and browning.
