Breakfast Baked Oats

Start your morning right with this healthy, sugar-free and mighty delicious Breakfast Baked Oats creation. Ingredients

1 Ripe mashed banana

0.5 teaspoon baking powder

2 teaspoon Natvia

0.5 cup quick Oats

0 Dash of almond milk

0.5 cup blueberries (or substitute with other berries or dried fruits)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 170 deg.
  2. Mix all ingredients (except blueberries) together and spray/line baking tin to prevent sticking.
  3. Layer 1/2 blueberries or fruit into base of tins and then add mixture pressing down slightly.
  4. Top with remaining fruit. Bake until top is firm and browning.
