Cacao Chip, Chocolate & Peanut Butter Fudge Bars
Ingredients
For the base -
150 g smooth peanut butter
4 tablespoon Natvia natural sweetener
8 tablespoon coconut flour
4 tablespoon cacao nibs
For the chocolate topping -
75 g no added sugar dark chocolate, broken up into pieces
1 teaspoon coconut oil
4 tablespoon chopped nuts
Method
- Whisk together the nut butter and Natvia until smooth. Stir in the coconut flour and cacao nibs until well combined.
- Press into a lined tub with your hands and evenly spread out. Chill in the fridge while you melt the chocolate with the coconut oil.
- Pour over to cover then sprinkle over the nuts. Chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours (overnight is best) to firm up.
- Remove from the tub and place on a chopping board then use a large knife to cut into bars.
