Cacao Chip, Chocolate & Peanut Butter Fudge Bars

Ingredients

For the base -

150 g smooth peanut butter

4 tablespoon Natvia natural sweetener

8 tablespoon coconut flour

4 tablespoon cacao nibs

For the chocolate topping -

75 g no added sugar dark chocolate, broken up into pieces

1 teaspoon coconut oil

4 tablespoon chopped nuts

Method

  1. Whisk together the nut butter and Natvia until smooth. Stir in the coconut flour and cacao nibs until well combined.
  2. Press into a lined tub with your hands and evenly spread out. Chill in the fridge while you melt the chocolate with the coconut oil.
  3. Pour over to cover then sprinkle over the nuts. Chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours (overnight is best) to firm up.
  4. Remove from the tub and place on a chopping board then use a large knife to cut into bars.
