Chocolate Lava Cakes

Ingredients

110 g sugar free chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (1/2 cup)

115 g Unsalted butter

2 tablespoon Natvia

60 g Du Chocolat (1/4 cup)

2 tablespoon Plain Flour

2 Eggs

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC, grease 2 ramekins with melted butter.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and combine.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the Natvia, Du Chocolat and flour. Add to the chocolate mix and stir until smooth.
  5. Fill the ramekins to about halfway. Place them on a baking tray to make them easier to handle.
  6. Bake for 16-18 minutes until the top is set, but the centre is still soft. Serve with whipped cream and berries.
