Ingredients
For the base -
- 100g oats
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 2 tablespoons Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g
For the white chocolate filling -
- 1 x 200g white chocolate protein pot
- 2 tablespoons soft cheese
- 1 tablespoon Natvia Sweetener Canister 350g
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
For the berry chia jam -
- 120g frozen berries
- 2 tablespoons
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- Flaked almonds, to decorate
Method
- Mix together the oats and cocoa powder in a bowl. Melt the coconut oil and nut butter then pour into the bowl along with the Natvia and mix well.
- Divide this between 3 individual loose-bottom tartlet tins and press across the bottom and up the sides generously. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Next mix together the protein pot with the soft cheese, Natvia and protein powder. Spoon this into each tartlet tin and spread out evenly. Return to the fridge.
- Heat the berries in a pan with 1 teaspoon of water and simmer for 6 minutes. Remove from the heat, stir in the Natvia, mash up and mix in the chia seeds. Set aside for 30 minutes to cool and thicken. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- When ready to serve, pop the tartlets out of their tins, then spoon some of the chilled chia jam on top, then scatter over some flaked almonds. Enjoy!
