Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles
makes 8 truffles
0.5 cup smooth natural peanut butter
1.5 tablespoon cocoa powder + 1 tsp for topping
1 tablespoon whole milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon Natvia
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
0.25 cup mashed cannellini beans
1 tablespoon vanilla whey protein powder
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- Combine ingredients and mash together with a fork until smooth and no visible pieces remain.
- Place mixture in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Roll into balls and cover with cocoa powder.
- Enjoy straight away or store in sealer container in refrigerator or freezer
