Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients
0.25 cup unsalted butter, softened
0.66 cup Natvia
1 egg
1.5 teaspoon Vanilla essence
0 Pinch of salt
1 cup all purpose flour
0.5 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat your oven to 170 degrees and spray a deep dish cake tin with oil
- Beat together softened butter and Natvia until pale and creamy – about 5 minutes
- Add in egg and beat slowly with either your mixer or a wooden spoon, when combined, add vanilla and salt and stir
- Pour in flour and baking powder and combine gently. When the mixture has come together slightly, add your sugar free chocolate and use your hands to combine the dough
- Flatten in your prepared tin and bake for 20 minutes until the edges are brown and crispy but the centre remains gooey
