Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

This giant chocolate chip cookie is so delicious that it will definitely leave you wanting more. This is a dessert made in the Natvia kitchen by our resident baker. Everybody loves cookies and we thought we'd make this one extra special by making it huge. Food always tastes better when shared with your loved ones, so get your baking hat on and make this yummy masterpiece. This recipe is quick to make and very easy. It doesn't require too many ingredients and it's the perfect treat to bake on a day off, or even on a busy evening. Ingredients

0.25 cup unsalted butter, softened

0.66 cup Natvia

1 egg

1.5 teaspoon Vanilla essence

0 Pinch of salt

1 cup all purpose flour

0.5 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup sugar free chocolate chips

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 170 degrees and spray a deep dish cake tin with oil
  2. Beat together softened butter and Natvia until pale and creamy – about 5 minutes
  3. Add in egg and beat slowly with either your mixer or a wooden spoon, when combined, add vanilla and salt and stir
  4. Pour in flour and baking powder and combine gently. When the mixture has come together slightly, add your sugar free chocolate and use your hands to combine the dough
  5. Flatten in your prepared tin and bake for 20 minutes until the edges are brown and crispy but the centre remains gooey
