Chocolate Revel Bars

Ingredients
3 cup Quick Cooking Oats
2.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1.5 teaspoon Salt
1 cup 2 tbsp. , Butter softened
2.5 cup Natvia
2 Eggs
4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Coconut cream/milk
1.5 cup Chocolate Chips
2 tablespoon Butter
0.5 cup chopped Walnuts
Method
- Preheat oven to 170C. Lightly grease a medium sized baking pan.
- In a large bowl, beat 1 cup butter and Natvia until fluffy.
- Mix in eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, and 1 teaspoon salt. Stir into the butter mixture. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat coconut milk, chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons butter, and 1⁄2 teaspoon salt. Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in walnuts and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
- Pack 2/3 of the oat mixture into the baking pan.
- Spread chocolate mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle remaining oat mixture on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool before cutting.
