Sugar-Free Coconut Choco-tini

As we approach the festive season, we can’t help but be a little bit excited about all the social events that come with it. Family gatherings, exotic holidays (for some) friends coming together, engagement celebrations- you name it. Yes, it truly is the most wonderful time of the year and we have the perfect celebratory drink to keep you going through the fun season ahead. If you love to be out and about but you don't actually want to join the booze squad, we've got good news for you. Sipping on mocktails is the healthy solution to that good night out. You still get to hold a fancy cocktail glass filled with a delicious drink and you can still cheers to the weekend without looking a bit awkward and raising your glass of water. There are so many delicious recipes we could share with you, but one of our favourites is by far the Coconut Choco-tini. If you are a chocolate fan, this one should definitely be at the top of your list. What’s even more exciting is that it's sugar-free, so you can still taste the sweetness without actually drinking sugar. WOOHOOO that’s what we love! Here's how you can make this yummy drink... Coconut Choco-tini
  • 1/2 cup Natvia
  • 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup hot water
Garnish Shredded coconut Crushed hazelnuts In a shaker, combine ½ Natvia with 2 tsbp of raw cocoa powder, add ½ cup of hot water and shake until evenly mixed together. Slowly pour the almond milk and coconut milk in together and add a pinch of cinnamon then keep mixing the ingredients together with a cocktail stirrer or a spoon. Once you have everything mixed perfectly, add a handful of ice cubes and give it one last good shake.
