Serving(s): 2-3 bowls Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 25 minutes Total times: 35 minutes Ingredients Oat mixture: ½ cup rolled oats 1–2 tbsp Natvia 100% Natural Sweetener (adjust to taste) 2 tbsp flour ½ tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp ground flaxseed ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based) 1 apple, peeled, cored, and chopped ½ tsp vanilla extract Custard layer: 3 tbsp Greek yogurt 1 tsp custard powder 1–2 tsp Natvia ¼ tsp vanilla extract Optional toppings: nuts, seeds, honey, or maple syrup Method Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease a small ovenproof dish. In a bowl, combine oats, Natvia, flour, cinnamon, flaxseed, milk, apples, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Spoon half of the oat mixture into the base of the ovenproof dish. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, custard powder, Natvia, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the custard mixture evenly over the oats in the dish. Top with the remaining oat mixture, pressing down gently. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden on top and the custard is set. Let cool slightly before serving.
