
Cinnamon Apple Chia Seed Pudding

Start your day with a delicious twist! This Cinnamon Apple Chia Seed Pudding is not only creamy and satisfying but also packed with nutrients. Perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack, it combines the warm flavors of cinnamon and fresh apples for a delightful treat.
Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 1 tsp Natvia 100% Natural Sweetener
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup water
- 4 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup or milk of choice
Method
- Dice apples, add it to the pan along with cinnamon , water and sweetener.
- Cook on a slow heat until water is almost dissolved and you happy with the consistency.
- Mix together.
- Set aside , mix again in about 20 minutes or so.
- Add chia pudding to the serving glass, top with the poached cinnamon apples and roasted nuts or granola if desired.
