Indulgent Festive Treat 🍒🌰

These Cranberry & Chestnut Brownies are the perfect combination of sweet and tart flavors. Packed with cranberries and chestnuts, these brownies are a decadent and festive treat. Enjoy them with a cup of coffee or tea.

Ingredients

  • 150g gluten-free flour 🌾
  • 100g Natvia 100% Natural Sweetener 🌱
  • 40g cocoa powder 🍫
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon 🍂
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 💨
  • 200ml oat milk 🥛
  • 100g apple puree 🍏
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed 🌱
  • 40g dried cranberries 🍒
  • 50g cooked chestnut pieces 🌰

For the topping:

  • 150g soft cheese or Quark 🧀
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder 🍫
  • 3 tablespoons Natvia 100% Natural Sweetener 🌱
  • Dried cranberries 🍒
  • Chestnut pieces 🌰
  • Edible sprinkle decorations ✨

Method

  1. Blend flour, Natvia, cocoa powder, cinnamon, baking powder, milk, apple puree, oil, and flaxseed into a batter. Mix in chestnuts and cranberries. 🥣
  2. Pour into a greased tin and bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes. Let cool. ⏰
  3. Beat soft cheese, cocoa powder, and sweetener for the topping. Chill. 🧀
  4. Spread topping on cooled brownies. Sprinkle with decorations. Cut into bars. 🍒🌰✨
