DOUBLE CHOCOLATE DOUGHNUTS

Prep: 15 minutes + 30 minutes setting time

50 g ground almonds
75 g brown rice flour
75 g Natvia natural sweetener
40 g cacao powder
4 tablespoon apple puree
180 mls almond milk
4 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon coconut oil
4 tablespoon Nuttvia
1 tablespoon cacao powder
Cacao nibs, to decorate
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C and lightly grease a 4 or 6 hole donut pan.
- Place all of the donut ingredients into a food processor and whizz up until quite thick and smooth.
- Spoon between the donut rings to reach just the top. Bake for 15-20 minutes until firm to the touch then leave to cool. Pop out onto a wire rack.
- Whisk together the glaze ingredients until smooth and glossy. Spoon over each one to cover, sprinkle over cacao nibs and leave to set for about 15 minutes. Then enjoy!
