Mug Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
48 g Wholemeal flour
4 g Natvia
2 g baking powder
80 mls Skim Milk
7 g Du Chocolat Sugar free drinking chocolate
10 mls Skinny Cow Sugar-free ice cream
Glad wrap for the top of mug
Method
- Add all dry ingredients to the mug. Mix well.
- Add the wet ingredients to the mug. Mix well.
- Place Glad wrap over the mug and microwave for 1 minute. Once finished check consistency and it may need 30 more seconds depending on your microwave wattage. It should spring back slightly from the sides of your mug.
- Add ice cream (optional) to the top. Enjoy with a spoon and coffee.
